Subang Bestari is a new township in the emerging old Kampung Subang enclave. Much development still needs to be done in the area, if the prospective buyers expect to live in an urban area. The surrounding place is still laid back with no loud and buzzing entertainment centres. Seeing that the neighborhood is under Shah Alam district, it is unlikely that more entertainment facilities will be welcomed here. However, the highly coveted Mutiara Damansara is merely 20 minutes from this place.
